Essential passenger facilities include: banks in the arrivals and departures halls, cash machines, bureaux de change, a medical centre, and a post office between the two terminals. There are also many snack bars, cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as a variety of shops, including duty free. Also on-site are a pharmacy and a well equipped business centre with all modern office facilities and conference/meeting rooms.

Transportation: the A4 Airport Motorway provides direct access to the city for those hiring cars or, alternatively, the B9 road runs towards the city.
Buses also provide good access to the city from the airport and vice versa every 20 to 30 minutes between 05:30 and 01:00. In addition, another bus service runs to Sudbahnhof and Westbahnhof railway stations hourly between 05:30 and 23:10, while Budapest- and Bratislava-bound buses are also available.
Taxis can be obtained from directly outside the Arrivals exit for fast transport to Vienna; metered or fixed price from the taxi counter.
