Sydney is well connected to North America, Europe, and Asia with a number of airlines operating routes to various destinations. It is a modern international airport and facilities here are good. There are baggage storage facilities and a large number of restaurants and cafes ranging from quick fast food to waiter services restaurants.
The airport has the usual range of services with ATMs, duty-free shops, currency exchange, showers, baby change rooms, children’s play areas, internet access, smoking lounges and a prayer room. There are also a number of airline lounges within the international terminal. The Sydney Visitors Centre offers advice and information on hotels, car rental and the SydneyPass.

The Kingsford Smith Airport Coach runs from outside the terminals to the city centre. There is also a public bus route with Sydney Buses operating a service between Bondi Junction and Burwood, going via Terminal One and Terminal Three. There are train stations located at both the domestic and international terminals.
Airport Link is the easiest way to reach the city centre and trains run regularly taking only 13 minutes and travelling to Central, Museum, Circular Quay, Wynyard and Town Hall. The train can get crowded during rush hour, so at these times the airport bus might be a better bet. There are plenty of taxis available at the airport, although at the busiest times, taxi queues can be long.
