The departure and check in area is located on Level 4 and has several shopping and dinning outlets including duty-free establishments. There is also a non-denomination prayer room on this level.

Transportation: several ground transfer options are available for arriving passengers. Taxis are available outside both the international terminal and the Domestic terminal. Using a taxi is probably the most convenient way of getting to your destination, but also the most expensive option. There are a number of bus services to the city, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast and train services to Gold Coast and the city centre from the airport.
Parking: there is ample parking space within close proximity of the airport. Parking facilities include both covered and uncovered parking and long and short term parking. Valet parking services are also available.
