By air: Ayers Rock Airport (also known as Connellan Airport) is located four miles from Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort), the town located just outside Kata Tjuta National Park. All incoming flights are met by a free shuttle bus direct to Yulara and a taxi rank is located just outside the terminal building. The airport is served by Qantas, who have flights to Cairns, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Alice Springs, Adelaide, Darwin and Brisbane.
By bus: travelling by bus or coach is a great option if you want to experience the Outback. Greyhound has a comfortable and air-conditioned service from Alice Springs to Yulara.
