Each year, the airport serves five million passengers and has an admirable record for being efficient and providing world class service. The airport is owned and managed by Adelaide Airport Limited (AAL). There are two terminals at the airport and these are linked by a transit bus.
Facilities include a retail mall in Terminal 1 that houses a number of shops including duty free outlets selling a wide range of products including exclusive Australian brands. There are also several food and beverage outlets, news agencies, souvenir shops and currency exchange outlets at both terminals. Internet services are provided free of charge throughout Terminal 1.

The airport shuttle, Skylink, commutes between the airport to Keswick Interstate Railway Terminal and Adelaide city centre. The shuttle has pick ups and drop offs at many major hotels located in the city and operates daily.
Parking: is easily available at all the terminals. The airport offers both long and short term parking facilities.
