Overlooking the marina and the river,, guests have a choice of inside or year-round outside dining with Tamar Valley views. Relaxed, cafe style environment. Mud Bar & Restaurant open for breakfast, lunc and dinner. These are leased, not run by hotel.

The public areas are lined with old black and white photos of Launceston harbour in reverse - a touch of history with a stylish modern twist. The decor is contemporary nautical.
