This property is very basic, tourist style accommodation with limited facilities, in a very central location in the heart of Sydney.

Guest rooms are small, simply furnished and a little dated. Bathrooms consist of toilet, basin & shower (no Bath). The hotel is currently having all its guestrooms refurbished (Started in August 2005 - scheduled to finish by mid-November) to upgrade to modern decor. You will hear some noise during this work although every effort is made to keep it to minimal.

There is no restaurant on the premises, Deli France is next door. The hotel has arranged charge back at four restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Limited room service from a near by restaurant.
