A property with a reasonably convenient location. Spa/gym has spectacular views of the Swan river. The Hotel Food & Beverage outlets will be getting upgraded. Restaurant Meal times and availability will remain unchanged as only one restaurant will be closed for renovations at any one time. Fenians Pub will be upgraded mostly outside of business hours over a two day period so minimal disruption is expected.April 2006, Hotel Guest floor corridors and door locks are being upgraded. As the refurbishment is a soft one, minimal noise is expected as complete floors will be successively pulled out of inventory to avoid any inconvenience to guests.
