Oli's brasserie is located on the Mezzanine level overlooking the hotel lobby. It serves modern Australian cuisine and is open for buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner daily. Sebastyans Cocktail Bar was refurbished in mid-2004 and is open daily from 12noon until late and from 2pm until late on Sundays with a new Tapas bar snacks menu available all day. Sebastyans Bar features a plasma screen to watch all the live sporting events on Fox Sports along with comfy lounge chairs for those who wish to sit, relax and enjoy a drink.

The entrance to the hotel is on Hindley street and Sebastiyans Cocktail bar is located at the forefront with the reception area at the far end. There is some seating available in the lobby area.

The hotel is a 12 storey white tower. It is set back a bit from Hindley street, although not obvious to those entering the building.
