The hotel offers a restaurant on the ground floor, as well as a bar with an entrance on George Street. There is no shortage of options however, as the hotel is surrounded by a great variety of excellent dining outlets to suit all budgets.

The lobby is small and charming. It displays memorabilia to highlight the history of the hotel, including framed photographs, letters and hotel bills dating back to 1936, old fashion telephones and original architectural features. Adjacent to the reception area is a lockable private bathroom with shower and fresh towels for early arrivals or late departures. There are also full size lockers available for luggage storage, internet kiosks and a business centre.

Mid rise, heritage listed building dating back to 1854. The hotel building also encompasses a bar, tobacco shop and money exchange centre, each with their own entrance from George Street. There is a small car park underneath the hotel, however space is limited and subject to availability and charge on arrival.
