The apartment hotel's 17-storey twin towers contain a total of 129 accommodation units. Guests are welcomed into the hotel lobby with a 24-hour reception and lift access. Internet access (fees apply) and a room and laundry service are provided. In addition to a bike hire service there is a car park and an undercover parking garage for guests arriving by car.

After hours the reception can be reached 24 hours a day on the intercom system. The hotel staff recommend contacting the resort prior to arrival for an after hours check-in.
