Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa - Broome

Considered to be the best resort Broome offers. CREDIT CARD guarantee upon check-in is required, or guests are required to pay $400 cash bond for incidentals such as mini-bar and telephone calls. The deposit can be taken by EFTPOS. Cheques will not be accepted. Guests who dine in Cable Beach Club outlets need to pay by cash or credit card at the restaurant. Food and Beverage cannot be billed to the guests room. If guests do not use entire amount of the bond, they will be refunded in cash.

Rooms are large, with polished timber floors and jarrah furniture, airconditioning, ceiling fan, private verandah, in house movies. Tea/coffee makers, mini bar, hairdryer, iron & ironing board. Bathrooms with shower only. Rooms were refurbished in 2004.

There are 3 restaurants. Kimberley BBQ (closed every Oct - March), Asian Affair (closed Oct - Mar), Club Restaurant - open 7 days a week for dinner over the Summer season, Sunset Bar & Cafe - open 7 days, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Pleasant, tropical style lobby, with outlook to the pool area ahead, and a shop to the right side. Many original art works throughout the hotel, acquired by the founder of the property - Britain's Lord McAlpine.

Low rise resort, the architecture is a mix of tropical Kimberley house with Chinese influence. Walls are made of 'Australiana' painted corrugated iron (with brick walls behind). 26 acres of gardens with pandanus palms & gum trees, fish & water lilies in the lagoon. Great main pool area, as well as a quieter pool for those wishing to get away.
