Introduction to Broulee, Australia
Broulee is a small town of around 1,300 people on New South Wales's south coast between Moruya and Bateman's Bay. This peaceful town lies around 300kms south of Sydney and is a popular destination for those taking weekend breaks. The beach is well protected and features a gentle slope, making it ideal for families. Just north of the town are some small and secluded coves which boast more fine beaches. Broulee Island is a nature reserve and one of the town's highlights, offering stunning views along the coast. Surfing is particularly popular and the waves here are widely considered as some of the best the south coast has to offer, with Pink Rocks, just to the north of Broulee Island, the best spot to catch them. Another popular activity in the area is diving, and excellent conditions are found at Black Rock, where formations include Bubble Cave and the Arch. The less energetic may want to enjoy the fishing, which is also of a high standard. Various accommodation options are offered in the town, with Broulee hotels, holiday cottages and bed and breakfasts among the options.other spellings: brouleehotels, brouie otel, broulee hotell, brouele hote, broluee hotes, bruolee hotle
