The Lodge Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and specialises in serving local cuisine and wines from Kangaroo Island. There is a great selection with a daily changing special served by local staff in a beautiful surrounding. There is a fresco dining weather permitting. This restaurant is popular with locals and tourists alike. There is also a large BBQ area if guests would like to cook their own dinner or have the hotel chef do the cooking for you. A special feather unique to KI is watching the amazing flock of Pelicans being hand fed while you enjoy a Full Lodge Breakfast with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and KI's famous sheep's yoghurt on the foreshore right out the front of the Lodge.

Medium sized lobby with seating area. There is also a small shop and boutique selling clothes and souvenirs of Kangaroo Island. The extremely friendly staff are happy to help you organise or book any hire car or tours of Kangaroo Island.

Built in the late 1800's Kangaroo Island Lodge is set in a natural landscaped garden of native Australian gums & shrubs.
