Visitors arriving here for the first time may be a little surprised by the lack of facilities available in an international airport and by stern looking Immigration officers. The airport is clean and well maintained despite the general laid back atmosphere and poverty of Cambodia.

The airport has three terminals, a small waiting area, some shops and a cafeteria in the Arrivals Hall. There is a small duty free shop and a few free internet desks. There is also a small restaurant in the departure hall.

Parking: there is ample parking at the airport, but this is only limited to short-term parking. The parking spaces are conveniently located within close proximity to the terminal.
