Introduction to El Tarter, Andorra
El Tarter is just off the centre of Andorra. It is located in the north east of the country in the parish of Canillo. There are many hotels in El Tarter but no more than would be expected in a relatively small town that is not part of the snow and ski scene that dominates the rest of the country. As a result, there are many El Tarter hotels that have vacancies and spare rooms at all times of the year. This is a very popular place for people entering Andorra from the border with France to spend the night before embarking on longer journeys into the country.
